POSTCARDING
This is an IN-PERSON party every week! We know it’s hard to arrive in a space where you don’t know anyone, but we encourage you to take the plunge: this space is warm and welcoming! We even started wearing name tags so everyone knows who’s who. We also provide tasty coffee and treats. All ages welcome. Bring a friend :)

And if you are NEW to postcarding, these are easy, laid back gatherings where we write postcards to voters in various cities/states and encourage them to register to vote, to vote in an upcoming election or to vote for a certain candidate/measure/etc. that we support.

It is not required that you RSVP - most people just show up - but we do encourage you to fill out this form just in case something changes that day so we can notify you immediately.

It's super easy - but does take a little planning! Here's how it works:
Go to Grassrootsdems.org/postcards and sign up to get names, addresses and scripts for a specific race. Allow at least 3-4 days to receive the lists.
Purchase some pretty or fun non-partisan postcards (Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
Here are a few other options:
Buy or order stamps from the post office
Print out the addresses + scripts from Grassroots Dems for your guests
And don't forget to invite your friends! If you want HODG to add your location to our newsletter- just send us the date and time. But know that it won't necessarily be a 'draw' for people and you should definitely rely on your own community to come and join you.
