Street Clean Up

Cleaning up the trash on our streets.  

@CleanLAwithME has 57,000 followers.  You should definitely follow and see how he is single-handedly cleaning up our city.  Well, it's not single-handed anymore. 

HODG is joining Juan on Jan 3rd in Hollywood (on the corner of Vermont and Beverly, at the sadly trash-covered metro stop).  Juan has gloves and bags for us -- though you can bring your own.  

Juan calls his clean up sessions mingas, which in his country of birth, Ecuador, means traditional, communal, voluntary work for the common good.  

One warning -- since my time with Juan, I haven't been able to stop picking up the trash!! 

So please mark your calendars!  A minga awaits!
